Llano Utility Services
Essential infrastructure, heavy civil construction, utility line installations, and septic tank installations.
Start a ProjectWho We Are
Llano Utility Services is part of the Llano companies in Amarillo. We install the underground systems that get residential and commercial sites ready for what comes next — utility lines, septic systems, and heavy civil work for new communities.
How We Started

The Willows — Sanitary sewer trench and new manhole.
The Willows is where Llano Utility Services began. When a project ran over budget, Amarillo contractors were too busy to keep up, and the timeline was slipping, Josh Langham and his son Dalton bought the equipment and took the work on themselves.
Josh brought years of construction and development experience. Dalton has grown into the leader of the infrastructure utility division. Together they now take on some of the company’s largest infrastructure work, including Rock Ridge, where crews are setting manholes more than 20 to 35 feet deep.
What We Do
Construction and installation services for community infrastructure and on-site septic tanks. Serving Amarillo, Canyon, and the Texas Panhandle, including The Willows and Rock Ridge.
Essential Infrastructure
We prepare sites for residential and commercial development with the underground systems a community needs before homes and buildings go in. That includes the site infrastructure that supports new neighborhoods in the Amarillo area.
Heavy Civil Construction
From grading to structural utility work, we handle the heavy civil construction that shapes the groundwork for new neighborhoods — the earthwork and utility structures that make installation possible.
Utility Line Installations
We install underground utility lines that connect a project to the systems it depends on, including trenching and line installation for new community development.
Septic Tank Installations
We install on-site septic systems for properties that are not served by municipal sewer, including homes and development sites around Amarillo and the Texas Panhandle.
