About Llano Utility Services

Who We Are

Llano Utility Services is part of the Llano companies in Amarillo. We install the underground systems that get residential and commercial sites ready for what comes next — utility lines, septic systems, and heavy civil work for new communities across Amarillo, Canyon, and the Texas Panhandle.

The Willows is where Llano Utility Services began. When a project ran over budget, Amarillo contractors were too busy to keep up, and the timeline was slipping, Josh Langham and his son Dalton bought the equipment and took the work on themselves.

Josh brought construction and development experience. Dalton has grown into the leader of the infrastructure utility division. Together, they now take on larger infrastructure work, including Rock Ridge.

Built in the Field

From utility trenches at The Willows to deep sanitary infrastructure at Rock Ridge, our work is the groundwork a community depends on. At Rock Ridge, crews are working through deep excavations for a system with manholes specified from 20 to more than 35 feet deep.
